Which 3 Companies Do You Want to Work with in 2020?

WORKING NOT WORKING

Last week, we announced The Top 50 Companies WNW Creatives Want to Work for in 2020. It's been great seeing the conversations that have started since the launch, and we want to keep that engagement, transparency, and collaborative spirit going strong.

Who do you want to work with this year? Is it a client you’ve teamed up with in the past, and it felt like home? Is it a new brand that just hit your radar, and you want to see if the buzz is real? Or is it that one company that’s been on your wish list for years but the opportunity just hasn’t materialized yet?

Through Working Not Working, we’ve served thousands of hirers, who all have distinct ideals, processes, and secrets for discovering that next creative hire. Yet none of them, as far as we know, read minds. Recruiters are looking for creatives that are skilled, passionate about the work they’re doing, and artistically aligned with their company’s mission. Even if you check those three boxes, how do they know you want to work with them, and how do you get their attention?

We've built a tool that allows you to share a list of your Top 3 Companies not only on the WNW platform but on social media as well. When you list a company in your Top 3 on the platform, we notify hirers on WNW who work at that company. It can only help to put your wish list out into the Universe as well through your social channels.

Download your list, share it to your social channels, and tag @wnotw along with the companies you want to work with to get that positive job energy coming your way.
