WORKING NOT WORKING

Working Not Working is searching for a new Full-Time Creative Recruiter as we grow our platform and the services we offer.  This special person will head up placements for our concierge service “ WNW Human” and develop new processes and strategies for the WNW product. We’re looking for someone with all the intuition and skills that come with a Creative Recruiter role, plus an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think like a product person.

This role is based out of our office in Brooklyn, NY.

Mission

This Creative Recruiter's mission is to connect the right talent to the right opportunities when our customers desire a more bespoke placement and one-on-one service. This role will also aid in outreach to the greater creative community to grow in new markets and expand our offerings.

Responsibilities

While our platform equips hirers with all the information and tools necessary to find the perfect fit, there are still situations where a more hands-on approach is needed. “Human” provides guidance for placements when the project or the fit is of the highest importance or secrecy. From placing new creative leaders to assembling special-ops teams, Human allows WNW to serve as an extension of top companies’ recruiting teams.

You’ll manage new business, sourcing, placements, invoicing and account management. You will also grow a team of freelance support when required. This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about the creative industry and has the chops of a top-notch recruiter, but is ready to move on to a product company to help us shape the future of our business.

Experience

An ideal candidate will have a killer eye for creative talent across multiple industries such as advertising, film, production, animation, technology, and design. You’re a natural investigator, have experience managing teams, and are a people person who embraces your superpowers and likes a challenge.
