The advertising budget for the Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare) has been slashed by 90%, and the window for enrollment, which starts November 1st, is half the length. Creative agency Barton F. We love seeing our members using their creative skills and communicative powers to make a difference, and this initiative perfectly encapsulates that ingenuity and spirit. #SpreadTheHealth
